Do you provide training?

In order to keep our cost's low we don't add the cost of training onto the coffee, we feel this saves money for all, If you would like training in Espresso or Pour Over coffee skills please contact us and we can arrange for one of our coffee trainers to give you a quote.
It's often less than you think and can be at your own cafe on your own equipment.

What’s the minimum order?

We don't have minimum order quantities, However the more you order the more you save!

Do you provide equipment?

Currently we do not provide any equipment, but please feel free to contact us and we can point you in the right direction and we are more than happy to chat.

What if I don't like the coffee

Unfortunately, as coffee is a food product, we do not except returns. However if you are unhappy with our coffee for any reason, please contact us immediately and we will rectify the situation.

Is your coffee Organic?

We work with small batch farms producing the finest green coffee beans in the world. However many of the farmers can afford to spend money on pestersides, therefore, yes, the coffee is organic, however they equily cant afford the cost of getting it certificated organic, as this is often very expensive. Our roasters go out to meat the farmers and know how great the farms are.

Is your coffee traceable?

Yes, you can trace our coffee back to the very region and farm it came from in the cerrado mineiro area of Brazil.
